AI Video specialization
Generated footage, directed like film.
AI tools generate raw material — they don't make creative decisions. My work is the layer on top: consistent characters, controlled pipelines, fast iteration, and a finishing pass that makes AI output indistinguishable from a considered production.
The pipeline
Every AI project runs the same disciplined sequence — generation is only two steps of seven.
- 01
Concept
Brief, references and a tight creative direction. Deciding what the film must do before any tool is opened.

- 02
Character & references
Character sheets, style frames and reference boards — the consistency layer everything downstream depends on.

- 03
Image generation
Key frames and coverage generated against the references, iterated until the look is locked.

- 04
Video generation
Image-to-video passes shot by shot, directing motion, camera and continuity across the sequence.

- 05
Voice & audio
Voiceover, dialogue cleanup, music and sound design — the layer that makes generated footage feel intentional.

- 06
Edit & finishing
The full editorial pass: structure, pacing, titles, color and mix. This is where AI output becomes a film.

- 07
Delivery
Master plus platform-specific versions, packaged and labeled for media teams.
